The Cheesecake is Rich

So, I usually use my little square of the internet to bitch about work or something, but today I feel really good. Gene’s safe and home from his recent trip and he’ll be home for Valentine’s Day. The dogs are doing well. The living room is practically empty but that’s okay (seriously, if it’s just Gene, the dogs and I, we don’t need our gross couch anyway). I can’t really get into specifics, but I feel really good right now and I’m going to just enjoy it. Things in at least one part of my life is on the upswing. I hope it continues forward.
