		<description>Just a tip for you from someone whose smoke detecter goes off even when boiling water (seriously, the thing is way too sensitive, it&#039;s not me, ask my hubby): have a fan going while cooking. We keep one by the kitchen and use it when we heat up a frozen pizza or something and aim it at the smoke detector. The fan above stoves is somewhat helpful, but still not enough to not set of the detector. That should help in not having a smoke detector go off, and possibly wake up 2 sleeping children under 2. (which you always hope they sleep, right??!?!?) =)

Oh, and make sure you get extra bottles of wine!!! You&#039;ll need them while you&#039;re cooking, or stressing out in the planning stages. =)

BTW, I love the recipes for the turkey and the potatoes!! Yum!!! =)</description>
