I can’t believe I haven’t posted at all this week… like the title says, nothing new going on. Still feeding Scooby his surprise meatballs of wet food to disguise his pills. The 40 lbs of dry dog food hasn’t shown up yet, so I bought a bag of….oh, geez, some other dry food that’s good for sensitive skin.<\/p>\n
Hmm. Wouldn’t it be funny if this food ended up being the one and the $80 of kibble I have coming is just so-so?<\/p>\n

Transition to payroll is going well. My old boss asked how it was going and I told her that it’s gone really well, but I’d like to see how it all works in a crisis. She wasn’t happy with that answer. Oh-fucking-well — that’s how I feel so she has to live with it.<\/p>\n
We were supposed to have\u00a0the boy\u00a0this weekend but he has other plans at EJ’s — a car show (that I suspect is being held here, actually) and Xmas pictures. She has 26 weekends a year to do all that crap. Ugh. So instead we get him late Thanksgiving through that Sunday. Awesome. I wish I could use that time to go home, but we would barely have any time at all \ud83d\ude41 Plus, if Gene thinks that I would count spending all of Saturday with my parents as one of the 2 annual trips to IN (as per the Geneva Convention of our Marriage), he’s nuts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
