As the picture below indicates, I finally received my contact lenses, only a week late. Not inspiring much faith in this eye doctor’s practice.<\/p>\n
Truths We Should All Hold As…err, Truthful:<\/p>\n
1) Do not visit eye doctors offices where they also will give you Botox.
\n2) Do not pay $37 for highlights and expect it to look normal. Yikes. And then do not act shocked if someone else’s highlights cost as much as a car payment. Going to a qualified professional costs bucks. If you want the Bride of Frankenstein look, then, yeah, going to the Stevie Wonder House of Highlights is the place to go.
\n3) Do not trust Elaine with living things (see below pictures of flora). The dogs are not an exception because Gene does at least 1\/2 the work.<\/p>\n
And finally…Scooby was getting ready to hurl, so I got down with him and grabbed the first disposable thing I could find to put on the floor (so hopefully we can get away w\/o cleaning the carpet again this week…).<\/p>\n
