So today, my brother is a graduate. It took him seven years to complete his degree but he did most of that paying for college on his own. If I’d had the same problem, I can’t guaranteee I would have finished even in 25 years. I still give him a lot of crap for the Seven Year Plan and for graduating from IUPUI (Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis) instead of regular Purdue University in W. Lafayette, but hey, my alma mater is most high school seniors idea of a safety school.<\/p>\n
In all honesty, I’m so proud of him. Plus, in a few years, he’ll be able to buy and sell each one of us!<\/p>\n
Also, the graduation ceremony was much less cult like than Melissa’s OSU graduation last month. No using your arms to spell out IUPUI – although, it would have been easier than making that H in OHIO.<\/p>\n
To sum it all up, Congratulations Macaulay, you’re finally as smart as your big sister.<\/p>\n
