Oh, the things I could do this weekend!<\/p>\n
1) Get the oil changed in my car. Have absolutely gotta do. Very behind on this.
\n2) Laundry. Always, always, always.
\n3) Clean house for Stanley Steemer (we cancelled a few weeks ago and they will be here Monday)
\n4) Buy festive Halloween lights for porch?
\n5) Take dogs for grooming. Oh, yeah. Scoob loves that. He has nails that I’m envious of. Time for a trim and a bath. Stinky dogs!
\n6) Go to Ren Festival or Maize Maze. I’ve decided that if this is really my one and only life I want some traditions and apparently I’ve hit upon the Ren Fest and or the Maize Maze. This is the last weekend for the Maize Maze so I am kinda looking more forward to that. Those obnoxious turkey legs at the Renaissance Festivals scare me, anyway. At Xmas, I want the three of us to go look at all the pretty Xmas lights in one of the nearby towns south of here. And Thanksgiving? Oh, hell, I don’t know.<\/p>\n
In case you haven’t picked up on it, I’m becoming more domestic and am probably doing something akin to nesting. Don’t ask me. I haven’t used the other two toilet scrubbers yet but that’s mostly because St. Angela finally returned to clean my house and save me from commode scrubbing. I MOPPED yesterday, though. Yes. I got home from a crappy day at work (like there is another kind of late?) and vacuumed the living room and kitchen and MOPPED. With hot water, Lysol kitchen cleaner and a MOP. And it looks good. Maybe tomorrow I’ll make a meatloaf (preferably Ann Landers meat loaf, which is good).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
