Yesterday was that Thursday. Yesterday was also <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bellaonline.com\/articles\/art41412.asp\">CD 28<\/a>, if you speak the lingo. Between the work stress and the girly stress, it was a rotten day.<\/p>\n<p>Around 4, things were really starting to hit the fan and I had one horrible thought:<\/p>\n<p>I. NEED. CAKE.<\/p>\n<p>I think that thought a lot &#8211; My primary drug of choice is cake.<\/p>\n<p>I looked up and D was going outside for a minute, headed toward the refrigerator stocked with&#8230;CAKE!<\/p>\n<p>Because D is a sainted figure, I soon had cake.<\/p>\n<p>So much for two consecutive Choco-sober payrolls. Oh well.<\/p>\n<p>PS: Gene wants me to mention that I was supposed to bring him some pecan pie, which we also had in the work fridge.
