So, have I ever told you that I never hated my mom? Not even when I was 13 and knew way, way, WAAAAY more than she did? I really never went through this. I wouldn’t call her my best friend, but she ranks pretty high up there on the list. I was never embarassed to be seen with her, never shouted “I HATE YOU” in the midst of an argument.<\/p>\n
So, then I find it extremely interesting that my New Boss, who is the same age as my mother (actually, a few months older – UGH, she’s SOOO OLLLLLLD), is a person I feel that way for. She can’t say anything right. I don’t want to be seen with her, if I didn’t value my job I’d spend a lot of time shouting “I HATE YOU SO MUCH” at her.<\/p>\n
Ugh, I really hate this. I’ve been reduced to the level of a teenager. Let’s just blame it on the # of Depeche Mode (aka “Depressed Mood”, per Gene) and the Cure songs on my iPod.<\/p>\n
But, New Boss has done one good thing: She’s on vacation all next week. She’s at Walt Disney World a few days and then she’s visiting her in-laws (poor souls).<\/p>\n
