My alarm clock has gone off\u00a0at 5 AM every morning this week to go to the gym, even after Gene left to go visit his family.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, hey, Gene and I joined a gym. 5 AM is obscenely early for a wakeup. But by the time I&#8217;m finished with the gym, I&#8217;m wide awake. Sadly, I start to fade about 2 or 3 PM. This wouldn&#8217;t be a problem but my workday ends at 6. Every day this week I have thought about sneaking into the marketing department at work to go take a nap under a deserted desk. This would work but New Boss seems to notice when I&#8217;m gone to go chit chat with D. I think she&#8217;d hit the ceiling if I was found under a desk, resting. (It remains to be seen if she&#8217;s PO&#8217;d that I left at 5 Friday to go hand deliver an extremely late paycheck to one of our locations).<\/p>\n<p>(Ugh, and that&#8217;s something else. I have majorly effed up two paychecks this week.
