This is something I’ve been meaning to do for a long, long time. I have a playlist (originally on iTunes, now on Amazon Music) that is called “Elaine’s Favorites” (obviously an awe inspiring name for a playlist). The original iteration had 50 songs but some of the songs didn’t survive the translation to Amazon Music (where are you, Don Henley’s beautiful version of the Beatles’ Yes It is???).
Anyway. I’m going to try writing about each of these songs because I’m out of better ideas anyway.
