OMG. So I’m in the early stages of planning our Theoretical Trip to Malaysia (well, theoretical for me, probable for Gene). We’ll be there for basically two full weeks – including a weekend (!!!!) so I personally and Gene in some ways will have time to burn. In a whole other country. Wowsers. Anyway, so I have been reading up on Kuala Lampur and apparently we can take a train to Singapore. It takes 7 hours but I think it would really be worth it.
And here’s some great news – looks like Malaysia is the one country where the exchange rate is still favorable against the US Dollar. $1 = 3.45 Malaysian. And… (hee hee) the Marriott is connected to a mall.
