YES….YESSSSS….YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Thank heavens — something to live for!! 🙂 Originally, I had scored FLOOR SEATS (well, not very good floor seats, but FLOOR SEATS nonetheless) but there was a technical issue. These are really much better — three rows off the floor by my count, on the left side (aka, the Don side, hee hee) of the arena. Oh, yes, Happy Birthday to me…. the concert is a couple of weeks before my actual birthday, but who’s counting?
Gene, on the other hand is considering running into a bridge abutment to get out of this. ::shrug:: fine, I’ll go see the Eagles as a widow. If I can figure out how to get to Babies R Us by myself, finding the concert shouldn’t be rocket science. Find the highway and head east. No problemo.
Once again, my heart is so full 🙂 This will be the third time in 3 years I’ve gone — in May 2003 I saw the Eagles in Charlotte, last July I saw Don by himself on his dorky casino tour, and now I’m seeing the Eagles again in March.
