Brandy, I called yesterday to see what you were doing for New Year’s Eve. And to find out which one of us won the trivia contest at Damon’s, oh those many years ago. I know it was a Battle Royale and while I’m fairly certain I kicked your ass (it was music trivia after all!) I can’t say for sure.

I SERIOUSLY DOUBT you beat me if it were movie trivia…now if it were music trivia that might be a different story.
I don’t have any plans as of yet. Xmas and my husbands doctor appointment with a surgeon general (who, incidently, refused to even ATTEMPT to send in a claim to his insurance)for our greencard interview has left me wiped out. I’m hoping to coast on some of the xmas cash from my fam that I will get in lieu of presents.
Wait, wait, hold the phone, there is not enough coffee in my system yet. I get PAID the DAY BEFORE NEW YEAR’S!!!!
If you want, we can go watch that Indy version of the ball dropping and come home and watch bad videos and bang pots and pans at midnight 😉 But, if you have other plans, go for it. I ALWAYS procrastinate on the plans for New Years. It’s just never been as much fun since you left our wonderful state.
It has occured to me in the last few days that this is the first xmas & new years that Jerry & I have been in the same state, much less the same continent.
As for last night, I did try to call you on what I assume was your cell at 9ish. Have you learned how to check the voicemail yet ;-), well, I work til 10pm(grr/snarl), but I will be home tomorrow night packing for the move that I ingeniously planned for the day after Christmas. O.k. I will stop ranting on your blog now and I’ll chat with you Thursday if you are not too busy.
