I’ve posted a bit about www.sploofus.com, a trivia site recommended by one of the readers of alt.gossip.celebrities. It is a TON OF FUN. The quickest way to accrue Sploofus points is to write quizzes for others to take. I’ve written about a dozen quizzes, which have been taken about 91 times total. This gives me 910 points just from this. But now I can’t stop checking to see how many times my quizzes have been taken.
I have Sploofus pulled up and I keep hitting “refresh” to have it give me the updated figure.

The best quiz I took today was titled “Things I Do to Annoy My Husband.” I think I could have written it, but I didn’t. Kindred souls, you know!

My quizzes are about my pet subjects…music (Eagles vs. Fleetwood Mac, Don Henley lyrics, Kate Bush trivia), weddings (no, really), Bridget Jones, Gone with the Wind and square roots (See the post where I bitch about 242 not being a square #. Where did I get the idea that 22*22=242?). Oh, and a Simpsons vs. Futurama quiz and a quiz about Daria. And why won’t anyone take my Kate Bush trivia quiz? I’m heartbroken.
I’m going to go do something else…TRY to do something else…but I’m keeping Sploofus open because I hope to make it to 1000 points before bedtime, which should have been, ya know, awhile ago.
