1) Gene just bought some Infiniti gear (shirts, organizer, etc) and some of it arrived Friday. Ha.
2) I always said I’d never own an SUV. (If you need proof, check my archives). I’m going to spend this evening coming up with a new word for the Murano. It’s not an SUV, it’s not a wagon, it’s not a truck. It’s just preeeetty.
3) Gene told me yesterday that the reason he wanted to take the long way to the bakery was because he wanted to take me past the Nissan and Infiniti dealerships to look at the Murano and the FX35 (For the record, I now understand that the Murano and FX do not share underpinnings. I guess that’s why the FX looks like something I’d use Raid on and the Murano is just gooooorgeous).
4) The bakery is closed anyway, until tomorrow.
5) Did I mention I was taking tomorrow (Monday) off anyway?
Additionally – we took the car on a longer drive today. Smart, since we own it now. I never even took it on the highway. What a doofus am I! On the other hand, they never even asked for my license until midway through the buying process.
It’s a CUV not an SUV anyways. So, don’t worry. You didn’t buy an SUV. You bought a Compact Utility Vehicle. =)
