The week is over! Are you doing a little dance, glad for the weekend? I sure as hell am!
Nothing new with the job search and Scooby seems fine. They both were checked out of Puppy Day Camp and appear unscathed. Scoob’s nails were even trimmed. I think the secret to them being OK is that I had them kennel them together in an XL kennel so at least they had each other. Right now, Scooby is apparently trying to maim his baby sister. They must have been talking some serious smack at the vet’s today. Also, Scooby’s eating fine. Clean plater tonight and yesterday. Tomorrow’s the last day of the medicine so hopefully that will stop the puking. Gene did his best to buy everything at a pet supply store today, including a 5-lb bag of Beneful. It really does have much less fat in it than the lustrous Bil-Jac, so we’ll see what happens. Our plan is to start the Beneful right after the Bil-Jac is gone, unless the puking continues and then it’s straight to the Beneful. For now, there hasn’t been any barfing so I think we’re OK for now. They had dinner mixed w/ some wet food that had VENISON in it. I have never eaten venison, but the dogs have. LOL
Sooner or later I’m going to get back to the Baby Dreaming. Yeah, I know I posted the other day about twilighting chances…shhh. There is a consignment store across from the parking lot I eat lunch in and they have all these gorgeous strollers lined up outside the store. Do you think it would look weird for a non pregnant woman to go ogle them? These are some serious strollers — good brands, expensive models (it’s a few minutes away from some seriously rich houses). I wonder if I could sneak one into the house, just in case?
Ugh, damned hormones.
