today’s “I Do Not Need” item is actually something to sell, not to buy: the house. (We’re not going to sell the house -why would we? – but I’ve been reading a message board and a lot of the posters are selling their houses and having a terrible time so I wondered how we’d fare).
(Yes, I’m a total nerd who looooves to go through Realtor.com – seriously, search for area code 90210 and check out all the $20 million houses, so much fun)
And the good news is that the car is OK (hooray for no car payments!). It needed a new battery and drive belt (yea!). I didn’t get to work until noon but I still left @ 4.
