A very cool TV show: Big Spender. It’s kind of an Extreme Makeover show about personal finances (well, except for the part with the rebuilt house). If you’re someone in a bad money spot, you might learn something and if you’re in a good money spot, well, voyeur TV is fun, right? (And if you’re feeling bad about, say, buying REDACTED, you’ll feel better about yourself). (HEY, there was a SALE). (So much for the whole “I don’t need” thing).
And am I the only one who does not like the abbreviation “kwim”? (as in “Know What I Mean?”) It just seems so…smug. Yech.
Gene is doing well – he can eat SOUP! (yeaaa!). We still have a trillion protein drinks so hopefully we’ll polish those off, too. He is down 20 lbs so far.
