(It is going to be neigh on to 100 fraking degrees today in Cheesecake City. UGH).
Gene is on his way home from visiting his family in Ohio (I had to stay home – no vacation time!). Even without him I had a great weekend. And now I don’t want to leave. I have to be out the door in 10 minutes with dry hair and lunch ready to go. Instead, I have damp hair, no lunch, lights on all over the house and two beagles snoozing next to me on the bed. (That’s something else – the laptop gets moved to the bedroom when Gene’s out of town).
On the bright side, New Boss is out of the office all day today. Yippee!!
