Since Gene is out of town, Scooby and Betty are dayboarders at the vet’s office. Yes, I feel awful about doing this to them every day this week. If I could, I’d take the week off just to spend with them (and go ogle baby stuff…) but I just can’t. Still hoping for a half day, but no guarantees. They were exceedingly rambunctious when I picked them up after work and when we got home they ran like crazy in the back yard for awhile. Now they are both laying in my office with me, stretched out and sleeping.
Plans for me? Something that missed the list was renting Angels in America and watching the entire thing. I won’t say my husband is homophobic, but I will say he’s opinionated, and his opinion is that he doesn’t want to watch it so now is the time.
Anyway, I’ve just wasted an entire hour of Elaine’s Selfish Week, so I’d better go make up for lost time!
